Spring in his step
Photo by Mark Pummell/The Daily Standard

A rider gives his horse a little exercise around the track at the Mercer County Fairgrounds on Tuesday afternoon. With spring beginning today, it won't be long before other Grand Lake area residents will be getting a little more outdoor exercise. Today, the temperature is to reach a balmy 61 degrees. However there will also be spring showers. Temperatures are regularly rising into the 60s in coming days with the typical showers.
