Light snow will overspread the area from the northwest this morning. An increased coverage of snow showers is expected to develop this afternoon into the evening hours. Slick spots may develop on roads tonight as temperatures drop and northwest winds gust up to 30 mph. Coverage of snow showers is expected to decrease overnight before ending Monday morning. Most the area will see an accumulation of 1 to 2 inches. Locally higher amounts are possible in areas where heavier snow bands develop this afternoon into early evening.
Roadways may become slick. If traveling, be alert, slow down and allow extra time to reach your destination.

Corinne Kessen
Corinne M. Kessen, 86, 1506 Meadowview Dr., Celina, died at 10 a.m. March 28, 2007, at the Miller House, Celina.
She was born June 9, 1920, in Celina, to John and Rose Winner Rohler. On July 20, 1946, she married Urban H. Kessen, who died Aug. 1, 1988.
Surviving are a son, Robert (Ann), Stacy, Minn.; a daughter-in-law, Pat, Celina; a sister-in-law, Anna, Buffalo, N.Y.; and four grandchildren.
Deceased is a son, William, and a brother, Roman Rohler.
She retired from First National Bank, Celina, and also worked as a bookkeeper at J.C. Penney, St. Marys, and Murray Aircraft, Detroit, Mich. She graduated from Immaculate Conception Catholic High School, Celina, and was also a member of its church.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Monday at the church, the Rev. Richard Riedel officiating. Burial is at St. Marys Catholic Cemetery, Celina.
Calling is 2-6 p.m. Sunday and before 10 a.m. Monday at Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home, Celina.
