* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From 11 AM Sunday to 8 AM EDT Monday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

Identity theft is a growing problem that has affected 16 people in Mercer County during the past six months. Kay Grey, wife of Mercer County Sheriff Jeff Grey, is one of them.
