* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1146 PM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1.5 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Sidney, Anna, Jackson Center, Botkins, Hardin, Port Jefferson, Kettlersville, Swanders, Montra, Maplewood, Mccartyville, Fryburg, Newbern and St. Johns.

Devin Luebke
Devin Michael Luebke, infant son of Darrel and Lauren Monroe Luebke, 131 E. Washington St., St. Henry, was stillborn May 4, 2007, at Mercer County Community Hospital, Coldwater.
Also surviving are maternal grandparents, Dean and Nancy Monroe, Portland, Ind.; paternal grandparents, Rick and Sharon Luebke, Coldwater; maternal great-grandparents, Jeanette Heniser, Portland, and Nell Monroe, Portland; and paternal great-grandparents, Ivo and Leona Scott, Celina, and Della Mae Luebke, Coldwater.
Services are 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. Elizabeth Cemetery, Coldwater the Rev. Virgil Lochtefeld officiating. Burial is at the cemetery.
