School's first ever Walk for Wellness Rally promotes 630-mile goal

FORT RECOVERY - With elevated pulses and broken-in sneakers, a group of residents attempted to walk all the way from Indian Stadium to St. Louis ... figuratively anyway.

Two old Mercer County bridges will be moving to storage in New Bremen area
Two aging Mercer County bridges are destined for rejuvenated lives in New Bremen.
Both bridges, built by the New Bremen Bridge Co. in the early 1900s, are nearly a century old and are being replaced. The county received federal funding a few years ago to pay for new bridges.
A Celina man was injured Sunday night when his motorcycle traveled off Oregon Road and flipped several times. The mishap occurred at 10:05 p.m., according to Mercer County Sheriff's Office reports.
