* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...The following county, in west central Ohio, Mercer.
* WHEN...Until 400 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1253 AM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1.5 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Tama and Neptune.

How does your garden grow?

Miss G. Arden (Skeet Wolters of Celina) visited students at Celina East Elementary School last week giving them tips on how plants grow from seeds. The children had big ideas about what to plant: a watermelon tree, a palm tree, cherry and apple trees. But just put away the spinach seeds and the broccoli plants because nobody is interested.
