COLDWATER - Steve Klosterman, who is transforming 22 acres of farmland into 12 commercial lots at the intersection of U.S. 127 and state Route 219, said one undisclosed person has bought three lots and is planning on opening a tool rental shop, a tent rental shop and possibly a used car dealership.
