A quick burst of snow will move through the area this evening, resulting in light snow accumulations which may cover roadways. As temperatures drop into the teens, slick conditions are expected to remain through the overnight.
Slick spots can be expected on roadways, especially bridges and overpasses. If traveling this evening and overnight, allow for some extra time to reach your destination and be prepared for winter driving conditions.

Mona Marsh
Mona Marsh, 49, of Fort Recovery, died May 13, 2007, at Briarwood Manor Nursing Home, Coldwater. Death was due to cancer.
She was born Feb. 3, 1958, in Morehead, Ky., to Mary Ellen Henson Chandler and Howard Chandler. Her father and stepmother, Ruth Chandler, survive in Dayton. She married Thomas M. Marsh, who survives.
Also surviving are three sons, Bobby (Carol) Barker, Olive Hill, Ky., and Jesse and David Tackett, both of Fort Recovery; a stepson, Shaun, St. Marys; two stepdaughters, Nikki (Donald L.) Cotterman, Fort Recovery, and Laura, Lima; two brothers, Howard Chandler, Lexington, Ky., and Tony Chandler, Sandy Hook, Ky.; two sisters, Billie Jo Gilbert, Olive Hill, and Mary Sharp, Kettering; two stepbrothers, Bobby and Bill Jones, both of Dayton; a stepsister, Debbie Putterbaugh, Dayton; two granddaughters and five stepgrandchildren.
Deceased is a stepbrother, Jacob Blevins.
Services were held May 19, 2007, at Green Cemetery, Elliot County, Ky.
Funeral arrangements were handled by Waddell & Whitt Funeral Home, Sandy Hook.
