Periods of light snow can be expected tonight with some scattered snow showers then lingering into Monday morning. Snow totals of around an inch or less will be possible. Increasing winds later tonight and Monday morning will support blowing snow, primarily in rural areas.
Challenging travel conditions will be possible starting tonight and continuing through the day on Monday. Use caution and allow for extra time to reach your destination.

The latest construction specifications for Celina's planned water treatment improvements include no deadline, even though the city faces a Dec. 31 Ohio EPA deadline to complete the project.
City development consultant Kent Bryan discussed the deadline issue with Celina City Council members late last week. Putting a deadline on contractors would likely only drive bid prices higher, Bryan said. [More]

ST. HENRY - As expected the top seeds advanced to the winners' bracket final of the 2007 Mercer County ACME sectional, held at the Wally Post Athletic Complex in St. Henry.
But that didn't mean they had easy advancements.
Coldwater, which went undefeated in circuit play this summer, beat St. Henry 5-3 in a game that got emotional. The host Redskins opened the tournament by rallying late in the first game to beat Fort Recovery 5-4 in eight innings. [More]
