* WHEN...From noon EDT today through Sunday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

Clifford Beougher
Clifford Beougher, 85, 1110 Lane Ave., St. Marys, died at 3:57 a.m. July 3, 2007, at Valley Nursing Home, St. Marys.
He was born May 26, 1922, in Celina, to William and Bessie White Beougher. On July 24, 1943, he married Marcile Krugh, who survives.
Also surviving are a son, Carey (Lucy), Kissimmee, Fla.; a daughter, Elena, Celina; seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Deceased are an infant son; two brothers, Harry and Gale; and three sisters, Edith Zizelman, Florence Fast and Opal Robinson.
He retired from the former Huffy Bicycle Corp., Celina, and sold insurance for Midwestern United Life Company. He attended the former Stringtown School, Mercer County, was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II, and member of First Church of the Nazarene and Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 9289, both of St. Marys.
Services are 11 a.m. Saturday, at Miller-Long and Folk Funeral Home, St. Marys, the Rev. Tim Smith officiating. Burial is at Elm Grove Cemetery, St. Marys, where military rites will be performed.
Calling is 4-7 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
