* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Western Auglaize County in west central Ohio... Mercer County in west central Ohio... North Central Shelby County in west central Ohio...
* WHEN...Until 1015 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 714 AM EDT, radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, St. Marys, Coldwater, New Bremen, Minster, St. Henry, Rockford, New Knoxville, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Neptune, Carthagena, Bulkhead, Maria Stein, State Route 116 at State Route 197 and Chattanooga.

At 709 AM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near Ohio City, moving southeast at 25 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 45 mph and very heavy rain.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Visibility will be poor and hydroplaning is possible.
Locations impacted include... Celina, St. Marys, Coldwater, New Bremen, St. Henry, Fort Recovery, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Chattanooga, Kossuth, Tama, Neptune, Carthagena, and Bulkhead.
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a sturdy building.

Mark Jarrett
Mark C. Jarrett, 43, 532 E. Main St., St. Henry, died at 2:43 a.m. July 4, 2007, at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima. Death was due to natural causes.
He was born Oct. 2, 1963, in Sidney, to Bobby Ray and Joyce Lillard Cornell Jarrett. His mother survives in Anna. On March 7, 1987, he married Kim Heitkamp, who survives.
Also surviving are two sons, Brandon and Taylor, at home; a daughter, Casey, at home; a brother, Dan (Mary), Bellbrook; a sister, Tammy (Dave) Jones, Sidney; a grandmother, Eleanor Lillard, Sidney; and a mother-in-law, Rose Mary Heitkamp, Coldwater.
He worked at Dick Lavy Trucking, Bradford, was a graduate of Anna High School and a member of the International Bow Organization.
Services are 2 p.m. Saturday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater, the Rev. Charles Jarrett officiating. Burial is at St. Elizabeth Cemetery, Coldwater.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Friday and 1-2 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
