* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Fayette, Franklin, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Auglaize, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hardin, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Preble, Ross, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From Saturday afternoon through Sunday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Another round of showers and thunderstorms is expected to move through the region Saturday into Saturday night. Additional heavy rainfall may result in flash flooding.

Frances Garringer
Frances E. Garringer, 79, 870 Hillcrest Drive, St. Marys, died July 10, 2007, at her home.
She was born Feb. 13, 1928, near Portland, Ind., to Thomas and Inez Wellman Adams. On June 21, 1947, she married William Garringer, who died July 9, 1995.
Survivors are a son, Ed (Pamela) Garringer, Wapakoneta; a daughter, Judy Clancy, Summerville, S.C.; five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Deceased are two brothers, Joe and Adrian Adams; and a son-in-law, Patrick Clancy.
She retired from Crown Equipment Corp., New Bremen, after 28 years. She was a member of the First Wesleyan Church, St. Marys.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Miller Funeral Home, St. Marys. Burial is at Elm Grove Cemetery, St. Marys.
Calling is 6-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
