* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero.
* WHERE...Portions of east central Indiana and central and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...Until 10 AM EST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken. Wind chill values can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.

Snow showers associated with an arctic front are moving through this morning, providing a quick accumulation of snowfall. With wind gusts between 30 and 40 mph, the snow showers combined with blowing snow are reducing visibility and creating challenging travel conditions. These conditions are most impactful on roads that are more rural and are aligned from north to south. Even after the snow ends, elevated winds will continue to blow snow into the early afternoon.
Use caution and allow for extra time to reach your destination.

Jerome Kaiser
Former Fort Recovery resident Jerome E. "Jerry" Kaiser, 64, of DeBary, Fla., died July 10, 2007, in Sanford, Fla. Death was due to cancer.
He was born March 16, 1943, in Dayton, to Ed and Dorotha Faller Kaiser. His father and stepmother, Phoebe Kaiser, survive in Fort Recovery. In July 1973, he married Elaine Casaccia, who survives.
Also surviving are two brothers, Robert (Barbara), Hamilton, and Charles (Linda), Cincinnati; a sister, Margaret "Peg" (Otmar) Bergman, Montezuma; two stepbrothers, Thomas (Barbara) Hudak, Raleigh, N.C., and Joe (Donna) Hudak, Moyock, N.C.; and a stepsister, Linda (Richard) McDonald, Sparta, N.J.
He retired as manager of the International Book Company, Stanford, Conn., and a 1961 graduate of Fort Recovery High School.
A memorial Mass is 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Mary Help of Christians Catholic Church, Fort Recovery, the Rev. Charles Mullen officiating. His body was cremated.
There are no calling hours.
Arrangements were handled by Brockman & Boeckman Funeral Home, Fort Recovery.
