* WHEN...Until 800 AM EDT Friday.
* IMPACTS...Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1218 AM EDT, radar indicated scattered thunderstorms developing which contain moderate to heavy rainfall. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible in the warned area over the next hour or two. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, St. Marys, Coldwater, New Bremen, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Neptune, Carthagena, Bulkhead, State Route 116 at State Route 197, Chattanooga and Kossuth.

Mary Ellen Humbert
Mary Ellen Humbert, 88, 5707 Karch Road, Coldwater, died at 10:32 p.m. July 27, 2007, at Dayton Heart Hospital.
She was born May 1, 1919, in Mercer County, to Fred and Maude May Custer Bixler. She was raised by Shelby and Bessie Custer.
On May 28, 1938, she married Dale S. Humbert, who died October 11, 2006.
Surviving are a daughter, Sharon (Ralph) Slusser, Coldwater; a sister-in-law, Blanche Humbert, Celina; two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Deceased is a great-grandson.
She was a homemaker and had worked at JC Penny, Goldstein's Department Store, The Barr Company Warehouse, Mersman Tables and Stokely's, all formerly of Celina. She was a member of the Wabash Church, the Celina Order of Eastern Star #91 and Unity Grange #2116 in Washington Township. She was a graduate of Ohio City-Liberty High School.
Services are 10 a.m. Wednesday at W.H. Dick & Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. Wilton Hull officiating. Burial is at North Grove Cemetery, Celina.
Calling is 3-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
