Adopting no-till farming, planting cover crops could greatly improve water quality, OSU official says
Grand Lake Watershed farmers could have as much success as those in the Indian Lake Watershed in improving water quality if they adopt no-till and winter cover crop practices, said an OSU Extension official at Monday night's Lake Restoration Committee meeting.
