* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...The following county, in west central Ohio, Mercer.
* WHEN...Until 400 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1253 AM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1.5 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Tama and Neptune.

David Guggenbiller
David L. Guggenbiller, 76, 831 Heather Drive, St. Marys, died at 7:40 p.m. Sept. 13, 2007, at Wapakoneta Manor Nursing Home.
He was born March 2, 1930, in Fort Recovery, to Leo and Alberta Vogel Guggenbiller. On March 2, 1960, he married Ethele E. Wright, who survives.
Also surviving are two sons, Allen and Brian, both of St. Marys; four sisters: Donna Parisi, Madison, Wisc., Marlene Winner, Roswell, Ga., Marguerite Krider, South Dakota, and Virginia (Ralph) Bechtol, Fort Recovery.
Deceased are two brothers-in-law, Jim Winner and Joe Parisi.
A retired heating and air conditioning repairman and salesman, he was Catholic by faith. He was a graduate of Fort Recovery High School, where he was captain of the state champion basketball team. He had earned the title of Eagle Scout in his youth.
A veteran of the U. S. Army, he was a member of Fraternal Order of Eagles 767, St. Marys.
Services are 7 p.m. Monday at Miller Funeral Home, St. Marys, the Rev. Anthony Cutcher officiating. Private family interment will take place.
Calling is 2-4 and 5-7 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
