HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 45 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include... Celina, St. Marys, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Chattanooga, Neptune, Kossuth, Bulkhead, and Tama.

Donald Ruley
Donald K. Ruley, 82, South Main Street, Minster, died Oct. 7, 2007, at his home.
He was born April 7, 1925, in Minster, to Joseph "Cape" and Luella A. Steinecker Ruley.
Surviving are three brothers, Norman W. (Sarah), Vernon L. (Bernadette) and Melvin J., all of Minster; and two sisters-in-law, Ruth, Piqua, and Lois, Lima.
Deceased are two brothers, Harold and Richard.
He retired in 1998 from General Motors, Delphi Chassis, Dayton. He attended Minster High School and studied engineering at the University of Dayton. He was a member of the former Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church, New Bremen.
Services are 11 a.m. Wednesday at Gehret Funeral Home, Fort Loramie, the Rev. Steve Wills officiating. Burial is at German Protestant Cemetery, New Bremen.
Calling is after 9 a.m. until the time of services Wednesday.
