* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Fayette, Franklin, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Auglaize, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hardin, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Preble, Ross, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From noon EDT today through Sunday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional rounds of showers and thunderstorms are expected today and tonight. Heavy rainfall is possible, especially tonight, which may result in flash flooding.

Ruth Tinnerman
Ruth I. Tinnerman, 89, of West Milton, died Oct. 8, 2007, at Upper Valley Medical Center, Troy.
She was born Jan. 27, 1918, near Spencerville, to Owen Vern "O.V." and Mary Mahalia "Molly" Sherer Cisco. On Feb. 5, 1938, she married Robert Tinnerman, who died Aug. 12, 2006.
Surviving are a son, Charles "Chuck" (Linda), Troy; two daughters, Barbara (Robert) Cecil, and Donna (Dick) Plunkett, all of West Milton; 10 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a son, George Owen; and two great-grandchildren.
She was a ballroom dance teacher for 40 years and a member of the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, West Milton.
Services are 2 p.m. Thursday at the church, the Revs. John Johansen, Brian Peterson and Richard Gilbertson officiating. Burial is at Riverside Cemetery, West Milton.
Calling is 3-8 p.m. Wednesday at the church.
Contributions can be made to the church's memorial fund.
Arrangements are being handled by Hale-Sarver Funeral Home, West Milton.
