HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 45 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include... Celina, St. Marys, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Chattanooga, Neptune, Kossuth, Bulkhead, and Tama.

The proposed ethanol plant to be located along state Route 29, between Celina and St. Marys, is a concern of the newly formed Citizens Acting Responsibly for the Environment (CARE). Organization members are concerned about the possibility of wastewater from the plant being discharged into Grand Lake.
