* WHEN...From Saturday afternoon through Sunday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

Eleanor Napier, 72, formerly of 319 Cherry St., St. Marys, died at 4:56 p.m. Oct. 9, 2007, at Wapakoneta Manor Nursing Home.
