* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional storms will move into the area after midnight, persisting through late Friday morning. Heavy rain can be expected with these storms, with the risk of flash flooding increasing with storms that repeatedly move over the same locations.

Herbert Timmerman
Herbert H. Timmerman, 82, 208 E. South St., Coldwater, died Nov. 29, 2007, at Briarwood Manor Nursing Home, Coldwater.
He was born July 9, 1925, in Dayton to Fred and Louise (Rosenbeck) Timmerman. On Nov. 15, 1947, he married Dorothy Weitzel, who survives at the residence.
Also surviving are two sons, Jerome, Osgood, and Luke (Sharon), Coldwater; a daughter, Mary, Coldwater; two brothers, Clarence, Coldwater, and Alvin (Rosi), Portland, Ind.; two sisters, Evelyn (Dan) Kuether, Covington, and Cathy (Larry) Wendel, Wendelin; a sister-in-law, Jean, Coldwater; seven grandchildren; and four great grandchildren.
Deceased are a son, Charles; a daughter, Eileen Ford; a brother, Ralph; two sisters, Marie Weitzel, and Delores; a brother-in-law, Lawrence Weitzel; a daughter-in-law, Margie, Osgood, and a sister-in-law, Pat, Coldwater.
He was retired from Copeland, Sidney. He was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Coldwater, and Men's Holy Name Society of the Church.
Funeral mass is 10:30 a.m. Monday at the church, the Rev. Richard Walling officiating. Burial is at St. Elizabeth Cemetery, Coldwater.
Calling is 2-7 p.m. Sunday and 9-10 a.m. Monday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater.
