* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero could result in hypothermia or frostbite if precautions are not taken.

A group of trees near Windy Point barely stands out against the fog Thursday morning on Grand Lake. The area may soon be coated in snow as four to eight inches of the white stuff is expected this weekend, said Dennis Howick, local weather forecaster.
