* WHAT...Southwest winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 50 mph.
* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...Until noon EDT today.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Gusts of 30 to 40 mph will be common, but the highest gusts near 50 mph will be sporadic. Gusts will decrease behind a cold front that will move through the area this morning.

The wing plow mounted on the right side of the ODOT truck can throw an arc of snow as much as 20-plus feet. It's all about clearing not only the road but the berm.
