Fog that has been developing early this morning will spread northeast. The thickest fog is reducing visibility to one mile or less with some locally dense patches. Motorists should exercise extra caution, slow down, and allow extra time to reach your destination.

The salt is deposited on the road as the truck bed is tilted up and the salt sprays out through a spinner. The tank at the top is where the brine is carried and empties out on the spinner wetting the road material. Some counties in northeastern Ohio are experimenting with beet juice in the brine.
