* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Several rounds of thunderstorms are expected into Wednesday morning. Locally heavy rainfall can be expected with the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same locations. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Angela Bettinger
Angela E. Bettinger, 78, 3778 state Route 118, Coldwater, died Jan. 10, 2008, at her home.
She was born March 19, 1929, in Cincinnati to Sylvester and Martha Kaiser Wehrkamp. On Feb. 26, 1949, she married Paul C. Bettinger, who died April 24, 2006.
Surviving are four sons, Conrad (Tammy), William (Lori) and Eric (Sandy), all of Coldwater, and Dietrich, Dayton; four daughters, Theresa (Rod) Arney, Dayton, Gretchen (Mike) Hoyng, of Georgia, Carmen (Ralph) Meyer, Coldwater, and Ramona, Columbus; and 12 grandchildren.
Deceased are a daughter, Christina.
She was a homemaker and a 1947 graduate of Coldwater High School. She was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church, and its St. Ann's Rosary Altar Sodality, St. Cecelia Knights of St. John, St. Gasper Del Buffalo 4th Degree Knights of Columbus Auxiliary and Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary, all of Coldwater.
Funeral Mass was today at the church. Burial was at St. Elizabeth Cemetery, Coldwater.
