* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Several rounds of thunderstorms are expected into Wednesday morning. Locally heavy rainfall can be expected with the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same locations. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Rev. Clement Kuhns
The Rev. Clement Kuhns, 86, died at 6 a.m. Jan. 16, 2008, in the infirmary at St. Charles Center in Carthagena.
He was born Jan. 12, 1922, in Canton, to William and Laura Valot Kuhns.
Survivors are a brother, Harold "Barney," Santa Maria, Calif.; and three sisters, Sister Naomi, Richfield, Sister Laura, Cleveland, and Rosemary (Otto) Tonti, Fort Myers, Fla.
Deceased are a brother, William; and two sisters-in-law, Millie and Ida.
He entered the Precious Blood Society in 1936 and was ordained on May 16,1948. He taught Latin and Greek at St. Joseph's College in Rensselaer, Ind., where he also served as assistant director of seminarians. In 1962, he was appointed magister spiritus of brothers for the Precious Blood. He entered parish ministry in 1970 as parochial vicar of Corpus Christi Church in Dayton, and later served at Our Lady of Good Counsel Church, Cleveland. In 1972, he was named pastor of St. Henry Catholic Church. He also served at the Church of the Nativity in Lake Mary, Fla.
Funeral Mass is 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Charles, the Rev. Angelo Anthony officiating. Burial is at St. Charles Cemetery.
Calling is 1-5 and 7-9 p.m. Friday at St. Charles with a prayer vigil at 7 p.m.
Arrangements are being handled by Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater.
