* WHERE...The following counties, in Indiana, Dearborn, Fayette IN, Franklin IN, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union IN and Wayne, the following counties, in Kentucky, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and the following counties, in Ohio, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette OH, Franklin OH, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union OH and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional thunderstorms are expected into Wednesday morning. Locally heavy rainfall and the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same areas are possible. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Arthur Hess
Former Mercer County resident Arthur H. Hess, 76, of Cleveland, Tenn., died at 9:30 a.m. Jan. 14, 2008, in Cleveland.
He was born July 6, 1931, to Henry and Margaret Hoelscher Hess. He was formerly married to Addy Jutte, who survives in St. Henry
Others survivors are four sons, Charles (Joan) and David (Teresa), all of St. Henry, Mark, Portland, Ind., and James (Barb), Fort Recovery; four daughters, Karen (Mike) Timmerman, Ridgeville, Ind., Joyce (Brian) Dicke, Rockford, and Susan Hess and Kathy (Charles) Voskuhl, all of Coldwater; a sister, Rita (Ben) Hoying, Montezuma; three sisters-in-law, Adella and Addie, both of St. Henry, and Eleanor, Coldwater; and 22 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Deceased are three brothers, Urban, Jerry and Art; a sister, Magdelena, and two sisters and their husbands, Bertha and Ernie Beckstedt and Monica and Gregor Grevenkamp.
Services were held Thursday at Grissom Funeral Home, Cleveland. Burial was at Sunset Memorial Gardens in Cleveland.
