Winter sports are good exercise as long as you're dressed for the cold. Wear clothing in layers with a tightly woven outside layer for protection from the wind. Lucas Crouch, a Celina Middle School eighth-grader, illustrates another safety tip: If you're ice skating, keep your skates laced up properly.
