Special Weather Statement issued January 14 at 2:54PM EST by NWS Wilmington OH (details ...)
Periods of light snow will occur this evening and through the overnight. While accumulating snow is expected to end before Thursday morning, falling temperatures and light snow accumulations of one to two inches will result in slick travel tonight and early Thursday.
Slick spots can be expected on roadways, especially bridges and overpasses. If traveling, allow for some extra time to reach your destination and be prepared for wintery driving conditions.
In addition to the snowfall, falling temperatures combined with increased winds will result in feels-like temperatures near zero Thursday morning. If heading outdoors, dress in multiple layers.

Firefighters battle a tool shed fire Friday afternoon at the home of Tom Sidenbender, 9940 Township Line Road, Rockford. Departments from Chattanooga, Rockford, Mendon and Celina responded to a call at 2:26 p.m. with Chattanooga returning at 5:02 p.m. when the fire rekindled. Chattanooga Fire Chief Doug Brehm suspects sparks from a welder ignited a skid loader and flames quickly spread. The building and contents sustained heavy damage.
