* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Several rounds of thunderstorms are expected through Tuesday night. Locally heavy rainfall can be expected with the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same locations. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Margaret Howell
Margaret E. Howell, 93, 3075 state Route 29, Celina, died at 12:50 p.m. Feb. 4, 2008, at Van Wert County Hospital.
She was born Dec. 31, 1914, in Manton, Mich., to Orville E. and Phyllis McCain Grile. On March 31, 1934, she married George Howell, who died July 20, 1997.
Survivors are four sons, Joshua (Peggy), Dunkirk, Ind., Earl (Wanda), Columbia City, Ind., Floyd (Agnes), Pennville, Ind., and Dale (Joyce), Celina; a daughter, Phyllis (Larry) Bradburn, Union City, Ind.; 18 grandchildren, a stepgrandchild, 26 great-grandchildren, a stepgreat-grandchild and a great-great-grandchild.
Deceased are four brothers; three sisters; and a grandson.
She was a homemaker and assisted her husband on their farm. She was a member of Pilgrim Holiness Church, Lima, The Gideons International Auxiliary, and was a graduate of MadisonTownship/Jay County High School in Indiana.
Services are 1 p.m. Friday at W.H. Dick & Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. Don Nichols officiating. Burial is at Swamp College Cemetery, Celina.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Thursday and after noon Friday at the funeral home.
