A semitrailer travels along U.S. 127, south of Celina, as mucky water and foam rises dangerously close to the highway from Beaver Creek. At mid-morning, the road remained open but officials feared they may have to reroute traffic when the waterway crests later today.

Numerous roads are closed and at least a dozen area homes were evacuated overnight following heavy rains that soaked the area since Monday night.
Nearly 4 inches of rain has fallen in the Grand Lake area during the last 36 hour . . .
