* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

Floodwaters lap around trees and threatens property in the Rockford area. Flooding is extensive in the Rockford area near the St. Marys River, which is expected to crest this evening. Many residents continue clean-up efforts in the village and along the path of the river in Auglaize and Van Wert counties.
