* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From 11 AM Sunday to 8 AM EDT Monday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

Troy Muhlenkamp of Muhlenkamp Building Corp. checks the level on a new doorway in the 3,000-square-foot addition to The Center for Neurological Development in Burkettsville. The facility, located at the west side of the current building, should be completed by mid-May.
