Snow showers will develop and become numerous, especially after midnight. This will result in accumulations of 1 to 2 inches overnight. Slick spots will develop on roadways, especially bridges and overpasses.
Motorists should exercise caution. Plan extra time for the Monday morning commute.

Digging in to clean up

A tractor with a front-end loader works at breaking up ice in the parking lot of Breakaway RecPlex in Celina this morning. Sandbags and a dike built around the health club protected it from indoor flooding, but the wet parking lot froze as the weather dipped below freezing. The club is open today.
