At 1212 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near New Bremen, moving northeast at 50 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 45 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Hail may cause minor damage to vegetation.
Locations impacted include... Newport, Fryburg, Montra, Egypt, Uniopolis, New Bremen, Buckland, Botkins, New Knoxville, Fort Loramie, Kettlersville, Moulton, Jackson Center, St. Marys, Anna, Kossuth, Lakeview, Lake Loramie State Park, Waynesfield, and Wapakoneta.
This includes I-75 in Ohio between mile markers 96 and 118.

Mildred Westgerdes
Mildred J. Westgerdes, 87, formerly of Sawmill Road, Fort Recovery, died at 2:05 p.m. Feb. 16, 2008, at the Versailles Health Care Center.
She was born Oct. 13, 1920, in Dayton, to John and Mary Ording Vagedes. On May 15, 1943, she married Norbert Westgerdes, who died Aug. 26, 2002.
Survivors are seven sons, Ron (Jan), Coldwater, Ken (Barb), Yorkshire, Dan (Nece), Minster, Paul (Jane), Portland, Ind., Gerry (Lee), Indianapolis, Herb (Kay), Fort Recovery and Bill (Kelly), Celina; four daughters, Marilyn Parker, Village Mills, Texas, JoAnn (Steve) Jackson, Springfield, Tenn., Arlene (Bob) Luttmer, Versailles, and Sandy (Steve) Knoth, Fort Recovery; a sister, Irene Lochtefeld, Newport; 18 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Deceased are two brothers, Werner and Robert; two sisters, Marcella and Leona Bernard; a son-in-law, Larry Parker; and two grandchildren.
She retired from the former Hartwig Poultry Processing Plant, Fort Recovery, and was a member of the St. Joseph Catholic Church, St. Joe and the Altar Sodality of the church.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Thursday at the church, the Rev. Thomas Dorn officiating. Burial is at the church cemetery.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Wednesday and 9-10 a.m. Thursday at Brockman-Boeckman Funeral Home, Fort Recovery.
