Light snow is expected to develop across the area after midnight, shifting to the southeast through the predawn hours. This band of light snow will affect the Tri-State region by the Thursday morning commute, eventually pushing south of the area by mid- morning.
Minor snow accumulations of less than an inch are expected, but cold ground conditions will allow for quick accumulation on any untreated surfaces. The main impacts are expected to be reduced visibilities and some slick spots on untreated surfaces.
Motorists should exercise caution. Plan extra time for the Thursday morning commute.

Doris Todd
Doris Kay Todd, 69, of St. Marys died at 4:30 a.m. on March 27, 2008, at her residence.
She was born Oct. 15, 1938, in Allen County to Dale and Lucille O'Leary Cattell. She married John W. Todd Sr., her husband of 36 years, who died Jan. 17, 1995.
Survivors are three sons, Rex Store, Fort Wayne, Ind., Mark (Tammy), Celina, and John Jr. (Brenda), St. Marys; seven daughters, Vickie (Robert) Ryan, Pamela (AJ) Rockwood and Kelly Drummond, all of St. Marys, Chris of Texas, Kim (Terry) Leonard and Michele Gibson, all of Wapakoneta, and Patricia (Kevin) Barker, Wren; a sister, Marjorie June Cattell, Lima; 29 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a son, Dale Eugene; two brothers, Merlin and Delmar Cattell; two grandsons and one great-grandson.
Services are at 11:30 a.m. Monday at Cisco Funeral Home, St. Marys, the Rev. Bruce Head officiating. Burial is at Green Lawn Cemetery, Wapakoneta.
Calling is 4-7 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
