The National Weather Service in Wilmington has issued a
* Flash Flood Warning for... Northwestern Auglaize County in west central Ohio... Mercer County in west central Ohio...
* Until 900 AM EDT.
* At 606 AM EDT, radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas.
* Some locations that may experience flash flooding include... Celina, St. Marys, Coldwater, New Bremen, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Neptune, Carthagena, Bulkhead, State Route 116 at State Route 197, Chattanooga and Kossuth.

* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of central and west central Ohio, including the following counties, in central Ohio, Delaware, Franklin, Licking, Madison and Union. In west central Ohio, Auglaize, Champaign, Clark, Darke, Hardin, Logan, Mercer, Miami and Shelby.
* WHEN...Until 2 PM EDT this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of showers and thunderstorms will move across parts of the area this morning, possibly extending into early afternoon. This may result in bands of heavier rainfall that could lead to flash flooding.

Linda Browder
Linda L. Browder, 65, 7908 Hoenie Road, Celina, died April 2, 2008, at Miami Valley Hospital, Dayton.
She was born May 3, 1942, in Celina, to Lester and Luella Blatteau Ebright. Her stepmother, Ilo Ebright, survives in Celina. She married S. Paul Browder, who died in 1993.
Other survivors are her companion, Denny Alt; four sons, Kenney, Pat (Mary), Chris and Mike (Melissa), all of Celina; a daughter, Lisa (JD) Springer, Celina; four brothers, Bob (Joyce) Ebright, Coldwater, Bill (Chris) Ebright and Jim (Tina) Ebright, all of Celina and Lester Ebright Jr., Geneva, Ind.; five sisters, Nancy (Ed) Behm and Mary (Edward) Gilbert, all of Celina, Betty Dennis, Coldwater, Leslie (David) Gullet, Bellbrook, and Toni Crumley, Hicksville; two stepbrothers, Steve (Pam) Ritchie, Celina and Dave (Elaine) Ritchie, Mobile, Ala.; 15 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
A brother-in-law, Jim Trombley, is deceased.
She was a retired cook who worked at Celina Coffee Shop and Arnie's Corner. She attended Abounding Grace Church of God, Celina.
Services are 2 p.m. Monday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. Rich Brosher officiating. Burial is at Mercer Memory Gardens, Celina.
Calling is noon to 2 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
