* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

Debra Fannon
Debra S. Fannon, 52, of 12797 state Route 29, St. Marys, died at 12:36 a.m. April 2, 2008, in the emergency department of Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, St. Marys. Death was due to an apparent heart attack.
She was born May 3, 1955, in Norfolk, Va., to Robert W. and Mary A. Minch Caldwell, who survive.
Other survivors are a son, Jesse, Columbus; two daughters, Nicole Shaner, Van Wert, and Belinda Coffey, Daytona Beach, Fla.; a brother, Bill Caldwell, Bolivar; two sisters, Sharon Anderson, Wichita, Kan., and Brenda (Bryan) Ridings, Wapakoneta; and three grandchildren.
She worked as a registered nurse at Shawnee Manor Nursing Home in Lima. She graduated from Memorial High School, St. Marys, and Rhodes State College, Lima.
Services are 7 p.m. Friday at the Miller Funeral Home, St. Marys.
Calling is 4-7 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
