* WHERE...In Indiana, Wayne County. In Ohio, Auglaize, Darke, Hardin, Logan, Mercer, and Shelby Counties.
* WHEN...From 6 AM to noon EST Friday.
* IMPACTS...Wind chill values can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...While temperatures are expected to be in the upper single digits (above zero), a northwest wind at 10-15 mph will make temperatures feel as if they are colder than 10 below zero.

Barbara Sanning
Barbara J. Sanning, 66, 415 E. Broadway St., Apt. A, Fort Recovery, died at 4:05 p.m. April 15, 2008, at her residence.
She was born July 25, 1941, in Portland, Ind., to Roy and Ethal Middaugh Rush. In 1959, she married Norman Williamson, who died in 1980. On March 23, 1985, she married Robert Sanning, who died May 8, 1998.
Survivors are a daughter, Felicia (Lott) Holmes, Portland, Ind.; a stepson, Herb (Mary) Sanning, Crossville, Tenn.; a sister, Karen (Carl) Bechtol, Fort Recovery; a grandson, a great-grandson, four stepgrandchildren and a stepgreat-grandchild.
Deceased are a brother, Larry Rigby; a sister, Betty June Rush; and a great-grandchild.
She was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary and United Methodist Church, both of Fort Recovery.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Friday at Brockman-Boeckman Funeral Home, Fort Recovery, the Rev. Robert Dungan officiating. Burial is at Greenville Township Memorial Gardens, Greenville.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. today and after 9:30 a.m. Friday at the funeral home.
Contributions can be made to the State of the Heart Hospice or the Mercer County Cancer Association.
