* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...The following county, in west central Ohio, Mercer.
* WHEN...Until 400 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1253 AM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1.5 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Tama and Neptune.

Orval Davis
Orval "Jack" K. Davis, 99, of Rockford, died at 7:55 p.m. April 23, 2008, at The Laurels of Shane Hill, Rockford.
He was born April 13, 1909, in Ohio, to Bert and Cora Anselman Davis. On Feb. 6, 1929, he married Evelyn Louetta Counterman, who died May 26, 1992.
Surviving are two sons, Melvin Davis, Bryan, and Richard Keith Davis, Rockford; a daughter, Sharon Ames, Fort Wayne, Ind.; nine grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren, and 10 great-great-grandchildren.
Deceased are three brothers, Raymond, Woodrow and Robert; and an infant sister.
He retired from Davis Hay and Straw in Rockford, which he owned and operated. He was a member of Rockford United Methodist Church.
Services are 11 a.m. Monday at Ketcham-Ripley Funeral Home, Rockford, the Rev. Mike Berne officiating. Burial is at Riverside Cemetery, Rockford.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Sunday and one hour prior to services Monday at the funeral home.
