* WHERE...The following county, in west central Ohio, Mercer.
* WHEN...Until 400 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1253 AM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1.5 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Tama and Neptune.

Alissa L. Townsend, 49, of St. Marys, is led away from court Friday morning after being sentenced to seven years in prison for driving drunk and killing a Wapakoneta woman in November. Townsend had a blood-alcohol level four times above the legal limit when she rammed her car into an SUV on U.S. 33, killing the driver, 40-year-old Heather Schaub, and injuring Schaub's 3-year-old son.
