Celina's Kelby Rosengarten had a strong start to the Western Buckeye League meet by qualifying for the finals in three events on Day 1 of the meet in Ottawa on Wednesday. The Bulldogs won three events that helpled push them into a 42-21 lead on Defiance for first place.
