Snow showers to continue this morning. Slick spots on area roads will be possible this morning with temperatures below freezing. Motorists can expect rapid changes in visibility when encountering some of the heavier snow showers. Northwest winds gusting up to 30 mph will add to the travel impacts due to blowing and drifting snow.
Roadways may become slick. If traveling, be alert, slow down and allow extra time to reach your destination.

Amber Heyne of Coldwater painted this large mural on a wall in the new Coldwater Fire Department, north of town on state Route 118. Heyne works as a graphic artist. The mural claimed a lot of attention at the recent open house of the fire department.
