* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...The following county, in west central Ohio, Mercer.
* WHEN...Until 400 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1253 AM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1.5 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Tama and Neptune.

Wilma Wynk, 80, poses for pictures on Mother's Day after receiving her high school diploma. A recent amendment to former veterans' legislation now awards diplomas to women who had to quit school to help their families during war times. Wynk is wearing a graduation robe, which also was worn this year by her grandson, Jason Bergman, a member of the 2008 Versailles High School graduating class.
