St. Henry's Patrick Reichert, left, and New Bremen's Bryce Bergman, shown here running the 100 hurdles during a meet from earlier this season, both had strong starts to the district track meet in Minster on Thursday. Reichert won the long jump for the Redskins and Bergman finished third to help the Cardinals out to the team lead in the boys standings.
