Shirley Shipley
Shirley N. Shipley, 80, 1913 Winston Drive, St. Marys, died May 28, 2008, at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima.
She was born Dec. 5, 1927, in Jacksonville, Fla., to Jacob and Ida May Fife Crews. On Sept. 11, 1945, she married Robert Shipley, who died Dec. 14, 2003.
Survivors are a son, Robert Jr. (Donna), Galion; a daughter, Cheryl (Daniel) Macklem, St. Marys; and three grandchildren.
She was a homemaker and retired from the former Montgomery Ward Company in 1981. She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star of Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, where she had previously resided, and attended Zion Lutheran Church, St. Marys.
Private family services will be held at a later date, the Rev. Bill Maki officiating.
Contributions can be made to the Zion Lutheran Church Youth Activities Fund.

Arrangements are being handled by Miller Funeral Home, St. Marys.
