* WHAT...Snow. Additional snow accumulations up to one inch. Snow melt and refreezing overnight has resulted in the development of black ice on roads.
* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...Until 11 AM EST this morning.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday morning commute.

Buzz Noland attaches the tubes from his stomach to a bag of fluid, which allows him to receive kidney dialysis at his St. Marys home near Grand Lake. His wife of 25 years, Shirley, gives him a hand. Chronically ill patients can learn how to manage many day-to-day activities by attending a series of workshops at the Auglaize County Council on Aging in St. Marys from July 1 to Aug. 5.
