* WHAT...Snow. Additional snow accumulations up to one inch. Snow melt and refreezing overnight has resulted in the development of black ice on roads.
* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...Until 11 AM EST this morning.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday morning commute.

The annual Van Wert Peony Festival begins Friday through Sunday with most events downtown at Fountain Park, corner of Main and Jefferson streets. The festival originated in 1902 when entertainment was sought for the many visitors touring the commercial peony farms around the city.
