Difficult travel conditions will continue today in many locations due to the residual impacts from the winter storm. Give road crews room to work and use caution if you must travel today.

Lisa Keslar
Lisa Ann Keslar, 48, of Van Wert, died at 6 p.m. Wednesday, July 16, 2008, at her residence. An autopsy was ordered to determine the cause of death.
She was born March 13, 1960, in Van Wert, to Robert L. and Alberta Agnes Huber Wagner. The father survives in Van Wert and the mother, a former Celina resident, is deceased. On May 17, 2006, she married John Keslar Jr. who survives.
Also surviving are a son, Travis (Jennifer) Neiferd, and a daughter, Kayla Thatcher, both of Van Wert; a stepson, Josh Keslar, and a stepdaughter, Lindsey Keslar, both of Florida; a brother, Robert Lee Wagner, Van Wert; two sisters, Amy (Steve) Harpster, Waynesfield, and Laura J. (Michael) Biro, Van Wert; and a grandson.
She had been employed at the Community Action Commission the past 16 years and attended Community Bible Church. She was a 1978 graduate of Ohio City-Liberty High School, part of the First Families of Van Wert County, a Shawnee Indian descendant and a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution.
Services are 2 p.m. Monday at Cowan & Son Funeral Home, Van Wert, with Pastor Scott Fleming officiating. Burial will follow at Woodland Cemetery, Van Wert.
Calling at the funeral home is after 11 a.m. Monday until the time of services.
