* IMPACTS...Significant visibility reductions to near zero at times will necessitate extra caution for commuters through late morning. Temperatures below freezing in many areas will increase the threat for icy patches on elevated roadways.

Youngsters, with the assistance of parents and grandparents, gather around the Bunker Hill Industrial Park Pond on Tuesday night for the 21st fishing derby sponsored by the New Bremen Parks Department. An unofficial "head count" pegged attendance at 100 youths vying for prizes and 87 adults. Six-year-old New Bremen resident Kira Bertke admires the bluegill she plucked from the Bunker Hill pond without assistance. The youngster landed three other fish but reportedly let a few get away.
